Villa Park offers luxurious living amidst stunning mountain views and lush flora. Each villa boasts exclusive amenities including a personal maid, butler, and chef. Inside, guests are treated modern kitchens, and luxurious bedrooms with marble bathrooms.

Penthouse Suite

For the ultimate luxury experience, choose The Sunrise Penthouse. Thoughtfully and masterfully designed to impress, The Penthouse features its own rooftop pool and a spacious wrap-around terrace with 360˚ panoramic views of the Caribbean on one side and mountains on the other. Its wide-open layout features 4 large bedrooms and 5 baths, as well as a beautifully equipped kitchen and several lounging areas both inside the penthouse and outside on the terrace.

  6. Optional All-Inclusive Plan: Although optional, the all-inclusive plan is highly recommended.
  7. Included Transportation: Complimentary transport from and to the airport is provided with a valid airline confirmation number, available for a limited time only.
  8. No-Refund Policy: Refunds are not available, but booking dates can be rescheduled depending on the situation.
  9. Airport Welcome: A representative will greet you at the airport with a sign displaying the booking party’s name and will transport you to the resort.
  10. Villa Reception: Upon arrival, you will check in at the villa reception to receive your bracelet and further instructions.
  11. Dining Reservations: Make dinner reservations at the reception, choosing from Dominican to Brazilian cuisines. Breakfast style options include Dominican and American.
  12. All-Inclusive Rates for Children: The all-inclusive rate is $60 per night for children aged 3-11, free for children under 2, and $150 per night for adults.
  13. Special Requests and Accessibility: Please inform us in advance of any special requirements, including accessibility needs for handicapped guests, so appropriate accommodations can be arranged.
